Greenchilly Chicken , as the name says the taste of this dish would be different from our regular chicken fry dishes as the flavor and the spicy taste of this dish will enhance your foodie experience , you can also add the chillies with respect to your taste buds' capacity ... We have given below the ingredients and the method from our point of cooking style..

Greenchilly Chicken Fry
Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken:
1/4 kg
2. Big
Onion: 1/4 kg
3. Green
Chilly (medium size): 3 nos
4. Cinnamon
1 inch sized:1 no
5. Cloves:
2nos
6. Ginger
garlic paste:1 tbl spoon
7. Curry
Leaves : 5-6 nos.
8. Salt
to taste
9. Saunf(Aniseed):
1/2 tbl spoon
10. Capsicum
medium sized green colored: 1 no.
11. Oil
to fry.
12. Soya
sauce: 1 teaspoon
13. Ghee
: 1 tbl spoon
14. Cashew
nuts: 6-7 nos for etc flavor.
Method
1. Chop
the onions , capsicum and green chillies .
2. Mix
cinnamon,cloves ,ginger garlic paste and saunf with the chopped onions,capsicum
and green chillies and then mix it with chicken and boil the content in cooker
for 3 whistles or (till they get boiled).
3. Before
bringing down the boiled contents from cooker add soya sauce , curry leaves,
ghee , cashew nuts and wait for 3 mins and then visually see the separation of
oil in the mixture and bring it down.
4. Pour
3 tbl spoon Oil in frying pan and add the mixture to the pan and cook till the
water gets drained.
5. Serve
it with onions and chilly for decoration.
Best side dish for Chapatti, Parotta and even when added with plain white rice you will enjoy it!
