Recipe
Ingredients
1.
Bone
Mutton – 1/4 kg,
2.
Thuvaram
paruppu(Yellow Split Peas)- 3/4
tumbler(1 tumbler =250 ml)
3.
Chilli
powder- 1 tbl spoon.
4.
Coriander
powder -2 tbl spoons
5.
Turmeric
powder – 1/4 t.spoon
6.
Big
Onion – 1 no.
7.
Tomato
– 2 nos.
8.
Tamarind
water- take one lemon sized tamarind.
9.
Saunf-
1/4 teaspoon.
10. Oil – 3-4 tbl spoons.
11. Stone Salt - to taste
12. Curry leaves – 6-7 leaves.
13. Vadagam - 1/4 of lemon size.
Method
1.
Pour
oil in cooker in and add 1 to 7 and stoned salt ingredients and close the
cooker and cook for 10 mins.
2.
Open
the cooker and add tamarind water and mix it well.
3.
Separately
take vadagam , saunf , curry leaves and fry it in pan with 2 tbl.spoon oil(Thaalichu) and it to
the mutton masala in cooker and cook for 5 mins and serve it.
